In Stock Items: For a full refund on an in stock piece purchased on our site, faitparlui.com, a return request must be made within 12 hours of receipt.

Made to Order Items: All custom, bespoke and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders: All international orders are final sale. 

Please note:

• Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies before buying.

• Return request frequency is kept on record. Fait Par Lui has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same individual.
